Date: 14th December 2002.
Item: Refilling Wallet.
Current location: 123 Fake St.
Current owner: John Goodman (works at the dump), found wallet in a pile of
rubbish. True owner unknown.
Description:
It is make from the scales of a norweigen ridge back dragon. (John Goodman
believes it is made from some sort of alien material).
It refills itself with different types of muggle money and wizard money.
Problem:
John has been blabbering about his magical wallet at work. The security
guard Thomas Bones (a squib) has reported to the ministry of magic about
this. Cornelius Fudge has assigned me to the case.
The security guard reported that the magic wallet refills itself randomly.
He told us that there was this one time when the wallet refilled itself with
galleons, sickles and knuts. Luckily Thomas was in the room. Thomas also
claims that John tells his mates at work that the wallet is made of a
substance that is not known to mankind, however he does not know that it is
made of the scales of a norweigen ridge back. The person who created this
wallet has broken the law of the Ministry of Magic by slaying a dragon
without a permit. If the cretor of this wallet is found he or she should be
prosecuted.
Evaluiation:
Cornelius Fudge should take action on this and recover the wallet from John.
Then he should find the guilty suspect/s who made the wallet.
N.B I think this was the work of Lucas Malfoy.

Recommendation: An investigation of Lucas Malfoy's house should take place
immediately.
