Current owner:
Mr Codlab Nosmas- An English muggle. It was found in the study when he moved into the mansion. He believed the previous owner had accidentally left it.
Description of item:
· 1 roll of tape dispenser
· Blue, normal size
· Hovers
· Tape never ends
Current problem:
This device sticks its muggle owner to his study wall whenever he attempts to use the sticky tape during the afternoon. At other times, the appliance hovers around the house, unpredictably causing havoc. The owner’s Labrador has been found sticky taped to the ceiling and his pet goldfish nearly expired before Mr Nosmas rescued it from the side of its tank.
Evaluation:
The investigation for the tape dispenser reveals that it belongs to the evil Lord Tromrelov. Lord Tromrelov has been involved in many crime scenes and this tape dispenser is one of his main escape devices. We believe that, if we can apprehend this device, the Ministry of Magic should be able to bring Tromrelov to justice in the Wizard Court.
Recommendation:
The household will be undertaking a termite inspection. The Ministry of Magic personnel will act as a squad of inspectors and misplace the sticky tape dispenser. Once in custody the object will be examined prior to its destruction.
