A drawing pen

17 Cartoon St, Colourville.
Current Owner:
Young man, Mr John Animation bought the drawing pen at an art supplies shop.
Description of item:
* new gold felt tipped pen, 13cm long
* embossed capital letter ‘MP’ on end of pen
* outside of pen is silver
Current problem:
The owner reports that his drawing come to life. This situation is causing major problems with Mr Animation's neighbours, who are being frightened by strange creatures roaming the neighbourhood.
Mr Animation is feeling confused, as his pictures rise off the paper and come to life.
Evaluation:
Investigations have revealed the pen was originally owned by Professor Lockhart, who accidentally dropped his pen whilst visiting the art shop. The wizard professor had used the magical pen for demonstrations in the Dark Arts classes.
Recommendation:
An officer from the Ministry of Magic will be sent to the house, to retrieve the bewitched pen and replace it with a similar looking pen, but with no spell cast upon it.
