We are a team of year 7 & 8 students from Gymea
Technology High School (Sutherland Shire in Southern
Sydney.) This is our first book rap and we are
enjoying it so far. We are really excited to see the
movie Harry Potter (and the chamber of secrets) to
compare it with the book.

Ministry Of Magic
Investigative Report
Date: 27 April 1990
Investigation Item: Washer and Dryer
Item Located: 16 Van Buren Circuit, Kempsey. Normally
stored in laundry, magically stuck to the wall beside
the sink.
Current owner: Grumpy old man. (Mr Joe Huffleburg)
Description of Item: The Washer and Dryer are both
front-loading machines. Both have rusty control
switches. The washing machine is coloured pink with
purple polka dots and the dryer is coloured yellow
with blue stripes.
Current Problem: Joe has just moved into his new house
and in the laundry he has found a washer that makes
objects bigger and a dryer that makes objects shrink.
When Joe tried to remove them from the wall to sell
them they just sprang back in an instant.
Evaluation: A wizard named Zordon Hatchet previously
owned the house. 5 years after Zordon went missing a
removalist truck came to pick up Zordon belongings so
they could be given to his family. At the end of the
day there was no room left in the truck for the washer
and dryer, so they were left behind.
Recommendation: Send an experienced wizard to
magically remove the washing machine and dryer from
the wall and take then to Diagon Alley to be sold
second-hand.
