Whitebridge High School is in the Hunter region, in the Lake Macquarie shire
about 10 kolometers from NSW 2nd largest city,Newcastle.. =p
Whitebridge High has students from Charlestown Kahiba, and the beach side
suburbs of Dudley and Redhead.
We are a large comprehensive high school-about 1200 students with a
wide variety of subjects and sport choices from photography, drama, and
dance to rowing, surfing, and fishing.
Our class of 20 (of 100 students in year 12 studying standard) has
begun studying Henry Lawsons short stories for our 2003 HSC module a
standard English.
We hope this new book RAP initiative helps us to explore the texts and
broaden our horizens in new ways and inspire confidence in how we approach
learning for 2003!!!!!
