Thank you to your responses to Rap Point 1A.
I found them very helpful. At the end of Rap Point 1 I will summarise our
ideas. I look forward to hearing from you for Rap Point 1B. One of
the responses already has covered areas of Rap Point 1B but I feel it is
worthwhile to consider the points carefully again.
