indijreaders04_rap Rap point 1

Dear rappers

I really enjoyed reading your introductions and plotting your towns on my rap map last week. Welcome to the students and teachers at Glenroi Heights Public in Orange, Wollondilly Public in Goulburn, and St Thomas More School in Ruse. Watch out for more introductions as new rappers join in this week.

Rap Point One begins this week. You will be constructing a class story from one of your family stories. We are in for a treat when all these deadly stories are posted to the rap!

I was very lucky last week. I went to Taronga Zoo for a special book launch and met some of the authors who wrote the stories in Indij readers, series 2. You will be able to ask some questions of two of these authors during Rap point 2.

Don’t forget to keep writing in your Rap journals this week. Famous authors write as often as they can!

Good luck with your rapping,

Mrs Rasaiah
