Subject: ASILE 8 - Update no. 1
Dear Indonesian language/studies teachers,
this is the first of occasional updates which I plan to send
out whenever we have some significant developments to
announce for the eighth ASILE conference in July. The intention is partly
to keep you informed. But it is also to keep you involved as much as
possible as a participant in the conference, so I welcome any feedback or
suggestions.
This first message is simply announce that the website
address has been simplified - something you can remember, and tell your
friends: www.ASILE.curtin.edu.au
If you follow the link to 'Programme',
there is quite a bit of new information about events. We now have two guest
speakers confirmed, and two others have been invited (More information to come
when it is confirmed!) And we have given the programme a provisional structure.
We will be putting new material on the
website in the coming weeks and months, so please check it regularly.
