Our class is called 1/2C. We are learning about Australian animals this term. We have 28 students in our class. We are a composite class and have 6 year ones and 22 year 2s. Our teacher is called Miss Cohen. We all learn and have fun together. Our school is called Avoca Beach Public School and is in Avoca Beach, N.S.W.
Avoca Beach is halfway between Sydney and Newcastle. Our school is near the wonderful, sparkling beach called Avoca Beach. Our school is on The Round Drive.
Our school is being rebuilt and the K, 1’s and 2’s are having a fantastic, new, large, colourful bottom playground.
We love living in Avoca because we can go to the big, blue wonderful sandy beach. There are also a lot of tall trees and a lake to go fishing in. Avoca is a great place to live in because it is usually sunny, enjoyable, calm and relaxing!!!
