Dear Rappers,
Our class 2MV enjoyed the book Jeffrey.We liked the illustrations,
particularly the one of Jeffrey looking sad.
Jeffrey really wanted to visit Aunty Astrid’s farm but couldn’t because he
didn’t have a seat belt. We think Jeffrey felt sad, disappointed and lonely.
He wanted to sing the click clack song and see the farm animals.
When Mum and Dad surprised Jeffrey with his own special seatbelt he was
really happy and excited.
We liked the way Jeffrey sang the click clack song with Kim and Ben.
Our class thinks Jeffrey has been written to reminder children to wear
seatbelts.It’s also a good reminder to make sure animals travel safely in
cars.
So everyone- please remember to wear a seatbelt so you don’t get injured.
