jeffrey_rap Rap Point 1

Dear  Rappers,

We really enjoyed reading the book “Jeffrey”.  We were really worried about Jeffrey at the beginning of the story, as he wanted to go to the farm but he couldn’t go because he had no seatbelt.

However, we were really happy at the end of the story because Jeffrey was able to go in the car to the farm, as he had his own special dog seatbelt.

Jeffrey felt sad and alone when he had to stay at home. Jeffrey might have chewed the plants or the washing on the line because he felt left out and not wanted by his family.  Jeffrey could have jumped over the fence and run away, or even chased cars.

However, Jeffrey’s life was changed when his caring family bought him a special dog seatbelt.

“Jeffrey” was written to tell us about seatbelt safety.  It was written to tell us that people and animals must have seatbelts on if in a car.

Happy rapping,

K/1S
