lukes_way_of_looking_rap Introducing 5/6OC

Greetings fellow rappers,

Our class is a composite class called 5/60C and we are from
Wollondilly Public School in Goulburn, N.S.W. Wollondilly is the
Aboriginal word meaning “water running over rocks.” We have 29
children in our class and our teacher is Mrs O’Connell. Our
teacher-librarian Mrs Chapman, will work with us on the Rap.

Goulburn was the first inland city in N.S.W. and it is situated
approximately 2 hours south-west of Sydney on the Wollondilly River.

When we first read “Luke’s Way of Looking”, we were fascinated by the
powerful illustrations, motifs and bird imagery used by Matt Ottley.
The collaboration of the author and illustrator made the text highly
effective.

We are looking forward to rapping with you.
