Hi everyone
This week was to have been our final week of the Rap, concluding with the
"Rap Wrap Up". However, many of schools seem to be experiencing difficulty
completing the Rap Point responses in the prescribed time. We can all
appreciate the problems of so much to do in such a short time, and the many
unforeseen interruptions to your Rap schedules!
The Rap will now be extended for 1 more week. Those schools that have
already sent in their Rap Point 3 responses, are most welcome to post their
Rap Wrap Up evaluations this week. Those schools needing a little more time,
are encouraged to complete any of the Rap Points and compile their Rap
evaluations next week.
In your Rap Wrap Up, please share your class' or group's experiences and
feelings with us. What have you enjoyed and learnt from participating in
this particular Rap? Were you able to extend the Rap activities in any way?
Teachers are also invited to post notices on the Teacher Rap listserv. What
professional development did you gain from this Rap? Were the Rap Points
and activities suitable for your students? What recommendations do you have
for future Raps?
