Hello. We are 7 English Brown from Hay War Memorial High School.
For most of us this was our first book rap. Some of us have done one as a
small group activity in primary school.
We enjoyed reading other schools’ responses because it helped us to see
other ideas in the book. It was cool the way Matt Ottley and Nadia Wheatly
were able to respond to our questions and share aspects of their creative
lives.
We also enjoyed writing responses to the rap points.
Our class studied the pictures intently; more closely than we have done
before. We found more details the longer we dealt with the book.
Without the activities we would not have seen as many details.
Hope to join you in another rap some day.
