agree with Carol that there are some very thoughtful and interesting insights
in your emails.
I thought that you might be interested to know a bit
about why the decision was made to end the series without Noah & Saskia
meeting in real life. We felt that the reality is for most teenagers online that
you will not have the opportunity to meet people from chat rooms. We hear about
adults meeting online and meeting and even sometimes getting married, but not
often.
Of course, in TV and films, practical considerations
are swept away: the cost to travel to another country, the possibility that the
person doesn’t exist in as they have portrayed themselves online
etc…
We wanted Noah & Saskia to be as close to a real
situation as possible. And there’s the teaser of may-be one day?
What do you think? Can you write another ending?
