Hi Everyone,

We have considered Lee's question. We think it's a production technique because it can attract greater attention from the audience. It needs to be competiable with the dramatic colours used in cartoons.Sound effects are louder in cartoons because they are focused sounds, whereas in drama scenes, there are lots of background sounds, surrouding sounds , soft sounds for making up the stories.
