Glad you enjoy the book. I don't know how feasible it might be to get
everyone from the rap together for a Vietnamese feast - the logistics are
bad enough, getting everyone on-line. Nice idea, though!
With regard to the film, in the great tradition of cinema, it looks like
the 'time frame' is a little 'fluid' - probably next year for shooting
early 2003 for release - sorry.
