We're the students from Erskine Park High School and
have just finished gathering points and questions of
what we think about Desdemona's point of view of
Othello and their relationship...
These are the problems we are finding with Othello
(the textbook):
* Language - Shakespeare
- Between Desdemona and Othello
* Did they have a full understanding of each other?
Was it only a crush or true love?
* Did Desdemona become attracted to Othello because he
could give her security and take her away from the
'cloistered' world?
* The time they spent together was not enough for
Desdemona to see Othello fully. If she did, would she
have chnaged her decision?
* Through their marriage to each other, they were
blinded to dangers, other peoples motives of
destroying them and cutting off whats important to
them.
