papunya_rap Rap Point One 5T

Dear Fellow Rappers,

5T read the book and had a long discussion about Rap point one. Here are our
feelings and ideas.

The Anangu saw the land as their home and only took what they needed. They
were not selfish and did not waste anything! The Anangu people liked to keep
things in balance with nature. Also, the Anangu would never alter or change
their land. The Anangu people showed ownership of their land through
dances,songs, stories and paintings.

The Tjulkura came to the Anangu's land thinking it was completely deserted
because there was no record or statement on a piece of paper They would
always only think of themselves, not caring for the Anangu people. The
Tjulkura also built fences that took away the Anangu's land and freedom.
Because of this, the Anangu attacked the Tjulkura's camp. The most important
thing to the Tjulkura people was having land for their farms.

Happy rapping, The rappers of 5T.
