Dear Rappers
If you have not yet posted your response to rap point 2 please keep sending them in. It's exciting to read the replies from each class and to look at the way you have jointly constructed your answers after working with your group on the Papunya School Book of Country and History.
Many classes have not yet had time to post their response back to the rap so a summary of your thoughts will be put together on Tuesday and posted to the rap. This will hopefully give all our rappers a chance to work on their reply.
Your thoughts for each of the rap points, so far, have shown your tremendous understanding of the book and I hope that the rap questions have generated discussion within your class.
Although some classes have not yet completed Rap Point 2 the next Rap Point will now be posted. Please don't panic if you are unable to complete the work within the week. Keep sending them to the rap as soon as possible!
RAP POINT 3
Rap Point 3 will be focusing on pages 30-49 of the Papunya School Book of Country and History.
"In the last years of the twentieth century, Papunya School became stronger and stronger, as Anangu and Tjulkura teachers followed the way of learning set out in the vision Painting." (Pg44)
(a) In what ways has Papunya School become stronger and stronger, and why is it important for them?
(b) How does this benefit all Australians?
Once you have compiled your join response and your teacher has approved the final response please post it to:
papunya_rap@list.schools.nsw.edu.au
Looking forward to reading your responses as well as summarising your rap point 2 responses.
