Introduction from Classes 1D and 2/6A
Hello Fellow Rappers,
We are 1D and 2/6A from Caddies Creek Public School in Glenwood. Glenwood is a new suburb near Blacktown in Western Sydney.
There are 23 students in 1D. There are 7 students in 2/6A.
1D’s classroom is a demountable building towards the back of the school. There is a long path which goes from the main school buildings to our classroom. It is covered so we can walk around our school when it is raining. There are 13 demountable classrooms in our school because our school is very big and has grown very quickly in the four years it has been opened.
2/6A has a special new playground in the Support Unit. It has a rockclimbing wall. It has two slides and a twirly pole. Our class is near the front of the school. It is a brown brick building and has wide windows.
Class 1D will be reading more Mem Fox books and 2/6A will be finding out more about possums.
Students in 1D enjoy doing maths, handwriting and singing. Students in 2/6A like to use the computer. Every day we write in our diaries and we type them on the computer and publish our stories.
We are very excited to be part of the Book Rap. We are looking forward to reading your emails, finding out where you all live in Australia and making class displays.
