Good morning rappers,
In our introductory email, I forgot to inform you that 2L are a remedial class with limited skills in Literacy. We are doing great things in our classroom to improve this! We also had a visit from the Director General to our classroom last week and it was a real thrill for the class to show what they are now able to do since the beginning of the year!!
Anyway back to Rap Point 1: We had a bit of a struggle coming up with some creative ideas but here is what we managed to write: (after Mrs Scheffer's horror when the computer ate our first draft and we had to try and remember what we had written) It is slightly different from the original but 2L decided that they like this one better anyway!)
A) Adventures:
Because she couldn't be seen Hush could ride on wallabies.
Because she couldn't be seen Hush could swim past crocodiles.
Because she couldn't be seen Hush could tickle a koala.
B) Bush Magic:
Grandma Poss made bush magic.
She made blue-tongued lizards dance
And koalas gold.
She made cockatoos cackle
And wallabies wrinkly and old.
We are really having a lot of fun with this.
