I J decided that Grandma Poss could make koalas swim
and kangaroos talk and she could make emus dig holes
and kookaburras walk! We thought that it would be a
funny sight to see kookaburras walking around instead
of hopping.
1H had many ideas for what naughty things Hush could
do when she was invisible. Some of our ideas were that
Hush could sneak up and steal other animals’ food and
maybe have a safe ride on a snake’s back. If Hush was
at school she could swap everyone’s homework around,
hide in schoolbags, and take books out of the library
without Mrs Rasaiah seeing her. Mrs Rasaiah thought
that would be dreadful!
