Hi rappers,
Greetings from year 2 at Pretty Beach P.S. on the
Central Coast. We all enjoyed reading Jeffery very
much. We were glad that Jeffery got to see the animals
at aunt Astrid's farm. We agreed that Jeffery would
have felt sad and lonely at the beginning when he
wasn't able to go with rest of the family to the farm.
He must have felt out of it. At the end of the story
he would have been very happy and would have felt a
part of the family once again. We were happy with him.
We thought that Margaret Wild wrote this story because
she wanted to get a message about road safety across
to her readers. She wrote it because she wanted
children to be safe on the road
