roadsafety_rap Rap point 1

Hello rappers,

This is 1/2J again from Quakers Hill Public School.

Most of our class loved Jeffrey. We thought that the
illustrations were as cute
as promised. We all laughed when Jeffrey got all the
animals mixed up. We liked the special seatbelt that
Jeffrey had as well.

Jeffrey looked sad and felt left out at the start of
the book. He looked like a very unhappy dog. By the
end of the book Jeffrey looked very happy. Jeffrey
felt surprised by his new seatbelt and excited at all
the new things he was going to see.

We decided that Jeffrey was written to tell people
about road safety. It tells us to hold a grown ups
hand when walking on the street. It also tells us to
ride away from the street and always wear a helmet.
The most important message was that we must always
wear a seatbelt when we ride in a car.

Hope to hear from you soon,
>From 1/2J QHPS
