therabbits04_rap Book Rap Reflection

Hey all, we are Group 2 of the Macrappers and this is our response to the book rap as a whole.

Throughout the book the Macrappers Group 2 have experienced:

·        Receiving sorting email messages from other book rappers.

·        Using the Internet to read email messages.

·        Writing and helping to write the responses.

·        Preparing our email messages for sending.

·        Using the Internet to send our messages.

During the book rap we as a group learnt that pictures can say a thousand words and how to look for an in depth meaning. The main thing we learnt was how to dissemble a page full of illustrations.

The best part of being in this book rap was learning new things and also having a change from normal school activities. Corresponding with other students from other schools and being able to ask questions to Shaun Tan was the most memorable part.

We enjoyed studying “The Rabbits” because it had such in depth meanings and the pictures capture so much emotion.

We believe this activity should be spread out over more time because we were taken out of class and missed designated time to work on our assessment task.

Group 2, Macrappers,

Nikole and Potsy.
