Introduces the Fresh Tastes Tool Kit. Some commonly asked questions around the strategy implementation are discussed. This issue provides information about the NSW TAFE course designed to assist canteen staff in acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary to implement the Strategy. There is an article clarifying where the NSWSCA nutrient criteria and Fresh Tastes criteria sit. Case studies from two schools who are successfully introducing Fresh Tastes are included.
